- Previous Year Academic Marksheets
- Bank Passbook (showing Name, A/C No. & IFSC)
- Recent Passport Size Photograph

- Register yourself on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
- Login and fill in the accurate academic and personal details.
- Select UGIP Nainital as your institute.
- Upload all mandatory documents in the specified format.
- Submit the form and take a printout of the final application.
- Submit the hard copy along with all attachments to the Institute Scholarship Desk.
