General Conduct
- Students must carry their valid Identity Card at all times on campus.
- Maintaining 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for semester examinations.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
- Use of mobile phones is restricted inside classrooms, labs, and the library.
- Proper institutional dress code/uniform must be followed on all working days.
Attendance Policy
- Students must be present in their respective classes before the bell rings.
- Leave of absence must be pre-authorized by the HOD through a written application.
- Medical leave requires a valid certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
- Continuous absence for more than 10 days without notice may lead to name removal.
- Shortage of attendance will lead to debarment from UBTER final examinations.
Campus Discipline
- Ragging is a criminal offense and will lead to immediate expulsion and FIR.
- Damage to institute property will result in heavy fines and disciplinary action.
- Students are not allowed in unauthorized areas of the campus after hours.
- Two-wheelers and vehicles must be parked in designated parking zones only.
- Littering is strictly prohibited; students must help maintain campus cleanliness.
Examination Rules
- Students must reach the examination hall 15 minutes before the start time.
- Mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
- Writing anything on the question paper or body parts is considered malpractice.
- Any form of unfair means will lead to cancellation of the entire exam series.
- Students must strictly follow all instructions given by the invigilator/CS.
Mandatory Compliance Note
Violation of institute rules may lead to suspension, expulsion, or legal action as deemed appropriate by the institute authority. All decisions made by the Principal and the Disciplinary Committee are final and binding on all students.
